1 Month 1-ON-1 Coaching Program 4 - 1 hour Sessions
Each session material provides coaching to achieve healthy lifestyle habits including:

Food options, choices, benefits of various ingredients including the benefits of ingredient combinations.

Movement – Activities – Exercise. Ways to incorporate exercise into daily activities, natural ways to measure strength and progress, purposeful recreation, options for playful and productive exercise.

Flexibility practices and options including Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Q-gong and traditional stretching and movement meditations.
Educational, hands-on, shared ideas and experiences, resources and Community.
Accountability through Community provides the opportunity for results.
